Notice is hereby given in terms of section 71, read with section 70(2)(a) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No 66 of 1995 as amended), that the Committee is in the process of conducting an investigation on whether or not the designation rendered by the Committee on 12 September 1997, under GNR1216 GG 18276, on generation, transmission and distribution of power should be varied/ or cancelled in terms of Section 71(9).
