INJEJE yabeNGUNI Council has noted with disgust the letter from the racist Pretoria Society of Advocates where it seeks to have Advocate Dali Mpofu SC removed from the JSC. 

This position by this right wing society is informed solely by its inherent racist culture and attitude towards African professionals generally. The Bar is full of individuals who were made to be Senior Counsels without any true substance to them and their work and thus it comes as no surprised when that group of dirty white fossils  rear their racist heads as it is on the basis of racism that the majority of them are even advocates and senior counsels. 

We call on all African legal professionals to rally behind Advocate Dali Mpofu SC as if we as natives do not defend and rally behind one of our own, we shall continue to reside in a society where incompetent racist little white men sit and take decisions on behalf of a majority. We shall never be held to ransom by envious has beens who realize their irrelevance in a profession where Advocate Dali Mpofu SC has sustainably demonstrated African excellence.

These little white men should know that the days in which they gang up on one of our own and we remain silent, passive or indifferent are long gone. We shall face them head on, we owe racist white men absolutely nothing and it is time we elucidate this reality beyond just articulations so that we can swiftly arrive at a place of racial respect in South Africa.

Advocate Dali Mpofu SC must continue to be a shining lamp of exceptional dedication and competence, we the Nguni people of the continent are honored to have  birthed such excellence.
