I, Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, MP, Minister of Higher Education and Training, in accordance with section 69, read with sections 38A; 38B and 38C, intend to make Regulations and hereby publish the draft Regulations for the establishment of a National Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences, as set out in the Schedule.
