I, Malusi KN Gigaba, Minister of Finance, in terms of section 266(1) and (2) of the Financial Services Laws General Amendment Act, 2013 (Act No. 45 of 2013) ( "the FSLGA Act ") hereby determine 1 January 2018 as the date on which sections 95, 109(e), (k) and (1), 114(d) and 135 of the FSLGA Act, take effect.
