I, Malusi KN Gigaba, the Minister of Finance, hereby amend Government Notice No. 563 of 13 June
2017 in-
(a) paragraph (a), in respect of the commencement of section 1(k) of the Financial Intelligence Centre Amendment Act, 2017 (Act No. 1 of 2017
- herein called "the Act"), by the substitution for the word "investigate" of the word "investigative ";
