The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ( "the Authority ") hereby gives notice that it has received an application from Power FM, for an amendment of its Radio Frequency Spectrum (RFS) Licence lodged in terms of the provision of section 31(4) of the Electronic Communications Act, No. 36 of 2005 (ECA) read with procedures set out in Regulation 9 of the Authority's Radio Spectrum Regulations, Notice 279 of 2015 as published in Government Gazette No. 38641 as amended by Government Gazettes No.: 38754 of 2015 and 40436 of 2016 (RFSR2015).
