The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa ("the Authority") hereby gives notice on its intention to make regulations on the promotion of diversity and competition on Digital Terrestrial Television (OTT) in terms. of section 30(2)(c) and {d) read with sections 4(1)(a), (b) and (d) of the Electronic Communications Act 36 of 2005 ("the EGA") .
