The Democratic Alliance will be donating a 5 000 litre water tank to Ga Makgato village in ward 15 , Groemhoek in Blouberg Municipality to help mitigate the water crisis in that area.
 
This community  has more than three boreholes and reservoir that is not in use but the residents still struggle to get water because they have no water tank to store the water. The donation forms part of the follow up to the provincial march held last month regarding the water crisis across the province.
  
The donation will be made by the DA leader, Jacques Smalle (MP) and DA Councillors in Blouberg Municipality. The new branch will also be established and unveiling four Indunas who joined the DA. The Indunas includes Mr Raymond Makgato , Joe Makgato , James Mothemela and Thomas Makgato.     

There will be opportunities for interviews and photographs.
