DA Leader Steenhuisen to conduct oversight inspection in Despatch and voter interaction in Kouga

Tomorrow, Tuesday 6 October 2020, the Leader of the Democratic Alliance (DA), John Steenhuisen MP, will be conducting a water infrastructure oversight inspection near Despatch in Nelson Mandela Bay.

He will be joined by DA Eastern Cape Provincial Leader, Cllr Nqaba Bhanga, DA Shadow Minister of Water and Sanitation, Leon Basson MP, Winterhoek Constituency Leader, Marshall von Buchenroder MPL, and DA EC Shadow MEC for Finance, Retief Odendaal MPL.

The delegation will be conducting an oversight inspection at a massive water leak on the main line between Port Elizabeth and Uitenhage.

Following the oversight, Mr Steenhuisen and Cllr Bhanga will travel to the Kouga municipality, where they will embark on door-to-door interactions in Ward 2 with Kouga Mayor, Cllr Horatio Hendricks, and Tsitsi-Kouga Constituency Leader, Andrew Whitfield MP.
