DA flights 2024 Election posters in Northern Cape

1st March 2024

This followed the national launch by Federal Leader, John Steenhuisen, in Gqeberha, earlier today.

Our takeover of a number of streetlights in the city, shortly after the State of the Province Address (SOPA), is no coincidence. It is symbolic of our takeover of the provincial government after the 2024 elections, so that we can rescue South Africa and the Northern Cape.

While we have been campaigning relentlessly in the province since August last year. We embarked on a very successful voter registration campaign and today we fasten our seatbelts as we accelerate our call to voters to choose the road to a better future by voting for the only party with a tried and tested track record in good governance, the DA.

After years of decay, regression and hopelessness about the state of this province, there is light at the end of the tunnel. In just 90 days, we can start tackling crime, corruption, unemployment, loadshedding and service delivery failures in the Northern Cape if more people stand up to vote for change.

The DA is not only amplifying our call to voters in Kimberley. Today we are flighting posters in towns all across the province and the country, as we now prepare to lock down the vote in the 2024 Election. This is the most crucial election since 1994.

Our appeal to registered voters everywhere is not to treat 29 May as a holiday. Make sure that you are in the voting district where you are registered. Every vote counts and your vote can be the one that makes the difference. South Africa and the Northern Cape are counting on you to rescue them.
