To amend the Constitution of the Republic o fSouth Africa, 1996, so as to limit the frequency in terms of which a motion of no confidence in the Cabinet or the President maybe tabled; to provide for circumstances in terms of which a motion of no confidence in the Cabinet or the President will not be limited;
