I, Michael Masutha, Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, in terms of section 74(5)(a) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (the Constitution) and in accordance with the rules and orders of the National Assembly, hereby publish the particulars of a proposed amendment to the Constitution as set out below, for public comment.
