Notice is hereby given that the Minister of Economic Development, hereby extends the period of designation of the petroleum industry for the purpose of section 10 (3)(b)(iv) of the Competition Act, 1998, set out in Government Notice No 41355 for a period of 6 (six) months, ending 30 September 2018.
