Notice is hereby given that the Minister of Economic Development, after consultation with the Minister of Energy, hereby extends the designat
ion of the petroleum industry for the purpose of section 10 (3)(b)(iv) of the Competition Act, 1998.  The designation period shall be for 3 (three) months ending 31 March 2018.
