The Competition Tribunal gives notice in terms of Section 51(3) & (4) of the Competition Act 89 of 1998 as amended, that on 11 January 2017
it received a complaint referral from Interested and Concerned  Property  Owners  against  Erinvale  Homeowners  Association. The Complainant alleges that the respondent engaged in a prohibited practice in contravention of section 5 of the Competition Act 89 of 1998.
