I,  Joe  Maswanganyi,  Minister  of  Transport  hereby  in  terms  section  155(1)  of  the  Civil  Aviation  Act,  2009,  (Act  No.  13  of  2009),  make  the Regulations  set  out  in  the  Schedule hereunder.
