CCMAConnect Mobile Application Currently inaccessible

Please be informed that the CCMA mobile application, the CCMAConnect, is currently inaccessible for Users to track the statuses of their cases and/or to register any compliments or complaints. Users may however still make use of the CCMA digital case referral and application platform, which is accessible via the following link https://cmsonline.ccma.org.za  or Users can send emails or a fax to the applicable CCMA Office.

Please be reminded that, as per Directive communicated on 30 July 2020, the CCMA is not accepting any walk-ins at this time.

The CCMA wishes to apologise for any inconvenience caused in this regard. The system engineers are urgently working to resolve the technical challenges. Users shall be advised as soon as the CCMAConnect mobile application platform is fully functional again.
