It is hereby notified for general information that the President has, by virtue of powers vested in him by section 13(1) read with section 13(8) of the Broadcasting Act, 1999 (Act 4 of 1999), appointed, Ms.Noluthando Gosa, as non-executive member of the Board of the South African Broadcasting Corporation for the term of office ending on 09 January 2015.
