I, Dr Rob Davies Minister of Trade and ndustry, hereby issue the Amended Financial Services Sector Code in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad -Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, (Act No. 53 of 2003) as amended by the B -BBEE Act 46 of 2013. and determine that these Codes come into effect on the date of this publication
