1. That the amounts indicated in column 1 of the Schedule opposite the Votes mentioned hereunder be replaced by the amounts indicated in column 1 hereunder; that the amount indicated in column 2 below accordingly forms part of the Vote: Finance; and that the total amount indicated in column 1 be replaced by the total amount indicated hereunder.
