I, Senzeni Zokwana, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, acting under section 9 (1) (d) of the Animal Diseases Act 1984 (Act no. 35 of 84), hereby rescind the control measures relating to Classical swine fever as prescribed in Government Notice no R. 371 of 26 April 2007.
