Members of the media are invited to the virtual launch of our new political party taking place on Saturday, 29 August 2020.
To be responsible under level 2 Covid-19 regulations, the launch will be held in a studio environment with a high-resolution live video broadcast available to all members of the media.

Thousands have already confirmed they will be watching the event through the live feed provided to social media, and these numbers are rising daily.

The main event of the programme will be Mr Mashaba’s speech, setting out the values, direction and electoral objectives of the new party. This will include the unveiling of its new name and identity. The programme is jam packed with prominent political analysts, musicians and endorsements from high-profile South Africans.

Members of the media are requested to submit the name, contact number and email address of the journalists who will be covering the event, by Tuesday 25 August 2020. This is so that arrangements can be made to provide the live video feed.

A press conference will also be held on Thursday, 27 August 2020 at 13:00 via zoom in order to engage with members of the media around the launch and any questions ahead of the launch.
