ActionSA has announced the launch of more than 50 branches in KwaZulu-Natal over the weekend, with 15 new branches in the iLembe district.

In Amajuba district the party says all 34 wards have been launched under the leadership of ActionSA regional campaign manager Faziel Cassim.

ActionSA KwaZulu-Natal chairperson Makhosi Khoza, who is a former African National Congress MPL, says ActionSA has been able to attract seasoned politicians and professionals from multiple fields of business and society.

Khoza said ActionSA will launch the remaining eThekwini branches with volunteers.

“As numerous ANC branches in eThekwini continue to rally behind former Mayor Zandile Gumede at her court case today, we will be deep in the trenches offering the residents of this beautiful province alternative ActionSA leaders that are committed to serving them,” said Khoza.
