BUILDING INDUSTRY BARGAINING COUNCIL (CAPE of GOOD HOPE): RENEWAL of COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE BOLAND

I, DENNIS VAN DER WALT, Director: Collective Bargaining, duly authorised thereto by the Minister of Labour, hereby, in terms of section 32(6)(a) (ii) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, declare the provisions of Government Notices R. 661 of 8 May 1998, R. 1588 of 4 December 1998 and R. 1280 of 29 October 1999, to be effective from the date of publication of this notice and for the period ending 31 July 2001.
