DETERMINATION UNDER REGULATION 346 of THE NATIONAL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATIONS REGARDING THE DATE of COMING INTO OPERATION of CERTAIN REGULATIONS
I, Abdulah Mohamed Omar, Minister of Transport, acting under regulation 346 of the national road Traffic Regulations, hereby determine 1 August 2000 as the date upon which the National Road Traffic Regulations, published in Government Notice No. 225 of 17 March 2000, except those regulations mentioned in the Schedule hereto, comes into operation.
