BARGAINING COUNCIL FOR THE LEATHER INDUSTRY OF SOUTH AFRICA: RENEWAL OF TANNING SECTION COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT
I, Dennis van der Walt, Director: Collective Bargaining, duly authorised thereto by the Minister of Labour, hereby, in terms of section 32 (6) (a) (ii) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, declare the provisions of Government Notices Nos. R. 1318 of 6 November 1998, R. 287 of 12 March 1999, R. 1017 of 27 August 1999 and R. 47 of 28 January 2000 to be effective from 1 July 2000 and for the period ending 30 June 2001.
