SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 97 of 1998)

PROPOSED REGULATIONS REGARDING LEARNERSHIPS AND SKILLS PROGRAMMES

I, Membathisi Mphumzi Shepherd Mdladlana, Minister of Labour, after consultation with the National Skills Authority (NSA), hereby publish for public comment the draft regulations intended to be made in terms of section 36, read with sections 16,17,18, 19 and 20 of the Act a set out in the Schedule.

Interested parties are invited to submit written comments on the proposed regulations before 28 February 2000 by
