COMMENCEMENT OF ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE UNIVERSAL SERVICE FUND

Under section 67(1 ) of the Telecommunications Act, 1996 (Act No. 103 of 1996) I hereby determine 1 April 1999 as the date from which prescribed annual contributions to the Universal Services Fund shall be made.
