BOPHUTHATSWANA JUDGES' REMUNERATION AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT ACT, 1989

AMENDMENT OF REGULATIONS

The President has under section 12 of the Judges' Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act, 1989 (Act No. 27 of 1989), applicable in the area of the former Bophuthatswana, made the regulations in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE

Definitions

  1. In these regulations, "the Regulations" means the regulations published under Government Notice No. R. 7 of 27 January 1989.

Amendment of regulation 9(5) of the Regulations

  1. Regulation 9(5) of the Regulations is hereby amended by the substitution of the expression "R40" for the expression "R211".
