JUDGES' REMUNERATION AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT ACT, 1989
AMENDMENT OF REGULATIONS

The President has under section 12 of the Judges' Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act, 1989 (Act No. 88 of 1989), made the regulations in the Schedule.

SCHEDULE

Definitions

  1. In these regulations, "the Regulations" means the regulations published under Government Notice No. R. 839 of 6 June 1995, as amended by Government Notices Nos. R. 1344 and R. 1345 of 12 August 1996 and R. 259 of 14 February 1997.

Amendment of regulation 13 of the Regulations

  1. Regulation 13 of the Regulations is hereby amended by the substitution of the expression "R140" for the expression "R211".
