AUTHORISATION OF COMMISSION FOR CONCILIATION,
MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION TO
PERFORM THE INDUSTRIAL COURT'S FUNCTIONS
I, Membathisi Mphumzi Shepherd Mdladlana, Minister of Labour, after consulting the Commission, hereby under item 22A (1) of Schedule 7 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), authorise the Commission to perform the industrial court's functions in respect of the Republic as a whole from 1 March 1999.
