CORRECTION NOTICE,

Government Notice No. R. 1012 published in Government Gazette No. 19125/Regulation Gazette No. 6259 of 7 August 1998 is hereby corrected as follows:

ENGLISH TEXT

  1. On page 2, in regulation 1 (1 ) in the definition of "high speed craft" replace "(m2)" with "(m3)n.
  2. On page 2, in regulation 1 (1 ) in the definition of "surveyor" replace Give" with Ugiven".
  3. On page 2, in regulation 1 (1) in the definition of "the Guidelines" replace the semi-colon at the end with a full stop.
  4. On page 3, in regulation 4 (1) (b) replace "effectively implemented" with "implemented effectively" in the third line.
  5. On page 5, insert the following heading before regulation 7: "Maintenance of conditions after verification".
