PETROLEUM PRODUCTS ACT, 1977 (ACT No. 120 OF 1977)
AMENDMENT OF THE REGULATIONS IN RESPECT OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS
The Minister of Minerals and Energy has, under section 2 (1) (c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), made the regulations set out in the Schedule.
SCHEDULE
Definitions
1. In these regulations "the Regulations" mean the regulations published by Govemment Notices Nos. R. 767 of 3 June 1997, R. 914 of 1 July 1997, R. 1152 of 2 September 1997, R. 1289 of 1 October 1997, R. 1475 of 4 November 1997, R. 1607 of 2 December 1997 and R. 32 of 6 January 1998.
Substitution of regulation 3 of the Regulations
2. The following regulation is hereby substituted for regulation 3 of the Regulations:

Commencement
3. These regulations shall come into operation at 00:01 on 4 March 1998.
