COMMENCEMENT OF THE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSACTIONS ACT, 2002 (ACT No. 25 OF 2002)
In terms of section 95 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (Act No. 25 of 2002), I hereby determine 30 August 2002 as the date on which the said Act, shall come into operation.
