MARKETING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS AMENDMENT ACT, 2001 (ACT No. 52 OF 2001): COMMENCEMENT
Under section 10 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Amendment Act, 2001 (Act No. 52 of 2001), I hereby determine 23 August 2002 as the date on which all the provisions of the said Act, excluding section 9 (a) thereof, shall come into operation.
