COMMENCEMENT OF THE PROMOTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE ACT, 2000 (ACT NO. 3 OF 2000)
Under section 11 of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, 2000 (Act No. 3 of 2000),1 hereby fix 31 July 2002 as the date on which sections 4 and 10 of the said Act shall come into operation.
