COMMENCEMENT OF THE MEDIA DEVELOPMENT AND DIVERSITY AGENCY ACT, 2002 (ACT No. 14 OF 2002)
In terms of section 23 of the Media Development and Diversity Agency Act, 2002 (Act No. 14 of 2002),I hereby fix 8 July 2002 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
