COMMENCEMENT OF THE ESKOM CONVERSION ACT, 2001 (ACT No. 13 OF 2001)
In terms of section 12 (1) of the Eskom Conversion Act, 2001 (Act No. 13 of 2001), I hereby determine that 1 July 2002 shall be the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
