THE JUDICIAL MATTERS AMENDMENT ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 62 OF 2000): COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 35
Under section 38 of the Judicial Matters Amendment Act, 2000 (Act No. 62 of 2000), I hereby fix 21 June 2002 as the date on which section 35 of the said Act shall come into operation.
