PROCLAMATION FOR THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE LOTTERIES AMENDMENT ACT, 2001 (ACT No. 46 OF 2001)
In terms of section 54 of the Land and Agricultural Development Bank Act, 2002 (Act No. 15 of 2002), I hereby determine 7 June 2002 as the date on which the Lotteries Amendment Act, No. 46 of 2001, shall come into operation.
