Notice is hereby given that amnesty in terms of section 20(1) of the Promotion of National Unity and Reconciliation Act, 1995 (Act No. 34 of 1995), was granted -

  (cc) the killing of ASSEN JEREMIA THIMULA (MK TALLMAN);
  (dd) the killing of MZWANDILE HADEBE (MK ZANDILE);
  (ee) the attempted killing of VUSUMUZI LAWRENCE SINDANE; and
  (ff) defeating the ends of justice, perjury and other related acts, omissions or offences in respect of the cover-up of their actions in (aa) and (bb) above, committed in the vicinity of the South Africa- Swaziland border, between the Lothair-Nerston road and the Nerston - Amsterdam road and/or at a place along the Nerston - Amsterdam road, in the then Transvaal, on or about 14 August or in about November 1986;

  (bb) defeating the ends of justice, perjury and other related acts, omissions or offences in respect of the cover-up of their actions in connection with the killing.
