COMMENCEMENT OF THE PROVINCIAL TAX REGULATION PROCESS ACT, 2001 (ACT No. 53 OF 2001)

In terms of section 8 of the Provincial Tax Regulation Process Act, 2001 (Act No. 53 of 2001), I hereby determine 1 June 2002 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
