COMMENCEMENT OF THE AFRICA INSTITUTE OF SOUTH AFRICA ACT, 2001 (ACT No. 68 OF 2001)
In terms of section 21 of the Africa Institute of South Africa Act, 2001 (Act No. 68 of 2001), I hereby determine 15 May 2002 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
