COMMENCEMENT OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AMENDMENT ACT, 1996 (ACT NO. 86 OF 1996)
Under section 14 of the Criminal Procedure Amendment Act. 1996 (Act No. 86 of 1996), I hereby fix 28 June 2002 as the date on which section 2 of the said Act shall come into operation.
