THE JUDGES' REMUNERATION AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT ACT, 2001 (ACT NO. 47 OF 2001): COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 16(4)
Under section 18(2) of the Judges' Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act, 2001 (Act No. 47 of 2001), 1 hereby fix 3 May 2002 as the date on which section 16(4) of the said Act shall come into operation.
