COMMENCEMENT OF THE DIVISION OF REVENUE ACT, 2002 (ACT NO. 5 OF 2002)
In terms of section 35 of the Division of Revenue Act, 2002 (Act No. 5 of 2002), I hereby determine 1 April 2002 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
