PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
COMMENCEMENT OF THE UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT, 2001 (ACT NO. 63 OF 2001)
In terms of section 73 of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 2001 (Act No. 63
of 2001), I hereby determine that the Unemployment Insurance Act shall come
into operation on 1 April 2002.
