by the President of the Republic of South Africa
DECLARATION OF THE STRONG WIND AND STORM THAT OCCURRED IN THE NORTH WEST PROVINCE TO BE A DISASTER
Under the powers vested in me by section 26 of the Fund-Raising Act, 1978 (Act No. 107 of 1978), I hereby, declare the heavy wind and storm that occurred in the North West Province and caused severe damage and loss on 4 January 2002 in the Magisterial District of Vryburg in the following townships, namely: Huhudi and Naledi to be a disaster for the purposes of this Act.
