PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
FIXING OF DATE ON WHICH SECTIONS 37(1), 38(1) AND 48(1) OF THE REVENUE LAWS AMENDMENT ACT, 2001 (ACT NO. 19 OF 2001), SHALL COME INTO OPERATION
In terms of sections 37(2), 38(2) and 48(2) of the Revenue Law,,, Amendment Act, 2001 (Act No. 19 of 2001), I hereby determine 1 March 2002 as the date, on which section, 37(1),38 (1) and 48(I) of the said Act shall come into operation.
