by the President of the Republic of South Africa

COMMENCEMENT OF THE CULTURAL LAWS AMENDMENT ACT, 2001 (ACT No. 69 OF 2001)

In terms of section 11 of the Cultural Laws Second Amendment Act, 2001 (Act No. 69 of 2001), I hereby determine 18 February 2002 as the date on which the said Act, shall come into operation.
